Regional Partners

RTC is an MPO covering all of Clark County. Because the contiguous Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area population exceeds 200,000, it is classified as a Transportation Management Area, which entails some additional metropolitan planning responsibilities and authorities. RTC represents the Clark County MPO area within that larger bi-state Transportation Management Area. The MPO is located within the three-county Clark-Klickitat-Skamania RTPO. RTC is located within the Southwest Region of WSDOT.
